FEPIC will produce an e-learning training tool to increase competences on creativity for innovation and leadership in a gender perspective.

The online modules will be the result of the collaboration of all the partners of the project, that are universities, companies and associations located in Estonia, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Malta, Poland, Sweden, United Kingdom. An active role will also be played by 63 female students, spread among 7 countries; they will be involved in all the phases of the project: from collecting information, to monitoring, to distribution and dissemination of results.

The final English version will be freely available online in September 2010 and the tool will be available in all 6 partner country languages by October 2010.
