FEPIC will produce an e-learning training tool to increase competences on creativity for innovation and leadership in a gender perspective.

The online modules will be developed mainly by Italy (Leadership) and Malta (Creativity) along with the collaboration of all the partners of the project, including universities, companies and associations located in Estonia, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Malta, Poland, Sweden, United Kingdom.

An active role will also be played by 63 female students, spread among 7 countries; they will be involved in all the phases of the project: from collecting information, to monitoring, to distribution and dissemination of results.

The final version will be freely available online and will be delivered in the 6 languages of the partners' countries.
